1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetMyCOI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetMyCOI is a platform that enables insurance agents to upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and make them available to Community Management Companies, residents, and lenders with customizable access controls.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent certificate information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetMyCOI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant GetMyCOI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMyCOI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
